What I received was not from Polar Camel lid, I have the mug , broke the lid, ordered but received a generic lid that did not fit. I have reached out to Etsy but not heard back.

These stoppers were the perfect addition to our guest’s thank you gifts. The text engraving was very clear and legible, which is something I was especially worried about as I’d seen this problem with many other shops. When I messaged, they responded immediately and were incredibly understanding. They gave me helpful suggestions and several options to choose from which really eased my nerves and brought my vision to life!
