What I received was not from Polar Camel lid, I have the mug , broke the lid, ordered but received a generic lid that did not fit. I have reached out to Etsy but not heard back.

These stoppers were the perfect addition to our guest’s thank you gifts. The text engraving was very clear and legible, which is something I was especially worried about as I’d seen this problem with many other shops. When I messaged, they responded immediately and were incredibly understanding. They gave me helpful suggestions and several options to choose from which really eased my nerves and brought my vision to life! Even though I had changes to the design, my package arrived 2 days after ordering. They were everything I hoped for and I’m definitely ordering these for my newlywed friends in the future!
